I have had a lot of expressions of interest and we have been able to organise a group booking on flights. What a fantastic opportunity for swimmers to be a part of a team, compete with your team mates. Age, Open, MC and Relays are all held in the same program. Parents are invited to attend and be on the group flight booking. If parents do not wish to attend I really do not mind if swimmers want to travel with the team as I would like as many swimmers as possible being able to have this opportunity. 

I will need you to pay $50 deposit to secure your seat on the plane.

Deposit will need to be in an envelope with names on front by 30th August

The full amount for the flight will not be due til 15th December.

Total for the flight which is:

Depart 19th Jan 8.40. Arrive 10.20

Depart 24th Jan 18.25  Arrive 20.50

$299.54 

Accommodation will be at Westminster boarding school which is very close to the pool at a cost of $45 per person per night.

No deposit is required as yet.
